Lesley VanWynsberghe LL.B
Lesley is a senior lawyer who was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004. Lesley has practiced personal injury law for over a decade and she has had notable appearances in the Superior Court of Justice, (Noble v. Carnival Corporation (2006), 80 O.R. (3d) 392 (Ont. Sup. Ct. Just.) Dumoulin v. Ontario, [2005] O.J. No. 3961, [2006] O.J. No. 1233 and the Court of Appeal of Ontario. Lesley has appeared as counsel at trial and has represented clients before the Canada Pension Plan Review Board, the Workplace Safety and Appeals Board Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. In 2015 Lesley further developed her expertise to provide dispute resolution services as part of the national organization, the Ombudservice for Life and Health Insurance. In 2017, after many years of practice Lesley founded her own firm and expanded her practice to include immigration law. The firm was built with the goal of providing reliable and accessible legal representation for everyone.
